A demonstration site

This website is a demonstration operated by Naptown Labs. Harlow & Pine is a fictional studio. Bookings made here are demo bookings, and they may be cleared nightly.

What we collect

When you book a session we collect your name, your email address, the session time you chose, and, only if you give them, a phone number and notes. They are stored in this site's own database on a server operated by Naptown Labs. We use them only to create the calendar event, to send you the confirmation email with the calendar invite, and to let you reschedule or cancel through the link in that email.

Who else handles it

Google Calendar: a booking creates an event in a demo calendar owned by Naptown Labs. The event contains your name, email, phone and notes if you gave them, and your manage link, and Google sends you the invite. Resend sends the confirmation email. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies and tracking

There is no analytics, advertising or tracking. The only cookies you may receive are the design-demo preference cookies (hp_home, hp_work, hp_theme, and hp_demo, which shows the switcher). A short-lived admin sign-in cookie exists for the site owner; visitors never receive it. To limit abuse, booking requests are rate-limited by IP address. That count is held in memory only and is not stored.

Keeping and deleting

Demo data is reset on a nightly schedule. You can cancel your booking at any time from the manage link in your email. To ask a question or have your information deleted, email hello@harlowandpine.example.
